Now you, your staff, or your customers can request, track, and control maintenance by simply logging on to your Internet EZM Web account from anywhere in the world.
EZM Web features every module required to track and control maintenance for any equipment and all vehicles, along with complete inventory tracking. It is a true Internet application allowing users to view and fully use all maintenance and inventory modules by simply accessing the Internet and logging in to their EZM Web account.
EZM Web contains every feature of Link It Software’s award winning EZ Maintenance Network software program, PLUS these additional features: |

If you have outside employees, customers, or tenants, you can issue each one a password which allows them to submit maintenance requests through EZM WebTM. Once they have submitted a maintenance request, they can use their password to log into EZM WebTM at any time to check the status of their request for maintenance. |

If you have outside vendors for maintenance work, EZM WebTM enables you to forward maintenance requests and work orders to a selected vendor. Once that vendor completes the work, they can invoice you through EZM WebTM. If appropriate, you can then use EZM WebTM to mark up your vendor's invoice and submit it to your client. |

EZM WebTM features a link to QuickBooks®. This link will allow you to move your invoice data to QuickBooks® with a few clicks of your mouse. |

If you have multiple offices and wish each one to have it's own separate maintenance database listing only that offices equipment, vehicles, work orders and so forth, EZM WebTM gives you that option. You can set up a central account in EZM WebTM, and under that central account set up as many "sub-accounts" as you wish, with each "sub-account" having its own database for maintenance tracking of only their equipment and vehicles. Users of the central account can look at all sub-accounts, and pull a variety of either individual sub-account reports or consolidated reports containing compiled data from all sub-accounts. |
